2. Orders and Payment

2.1 Import Tax Disclaimer for International Orders Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to additional duties, customs fees, or taxes. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient. Please consult your local customs authority to estimate these charges before ordering.

2.2 Payment Methods Iverness Peptides accepts a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, mobile wallets (Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay), e-Checks, ACH/direct debit, and cryptocurrency. When selecting e-Check or ACH, you authorize Iverness Peptides to initiate an electronic debit from your bank account for the total order amount.

2.3 Pricing and Currency All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars and may also be displayed in other currencies depending on your region. Prices may change without notice. Customers are responsible for applicable sales tax, import fees, and duties.

2.4 Order Acceptance An order is not considered accepted until Iverness Peptides issues a confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

2.5 Shipping Orders are shipped using FedEx when available. Buyers are responsible for shipping charges unless otherwise noted. Iverness Peptides is not liable for delays or damage that occur in transit.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1 No Returns Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final.

3.2 Order Cancellation Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted.

3.3 Refunds Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to fulfill your order. Otherwise, all purchases are non-refundable.

6. Indemnity Waiver for Research Compounds

6.1 Waiver and Release By purchasing research compounds from Iverness Peptides, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iverness Peptides, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates (“Merchant”) against all liabilities, claims, damages, expenses, and attorney’s fees related to the purchase, possession, or use of the compounds.

You acknowledge that these products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are strictly intended for laboratory research. You assume all responsibility for complying with applicable laws and assume all risks associated with the products.

You further release Iverness Peptides from any legal claims or damages arising from the purchase or use of these compounds, including personal injury or property damage.

This waiver applies to you and your successors, heirs, administrators, and assigns. By placing an order, you affirm that you understand and accept this waiver.

6.2 False Representations You agree not to publish, post, or disseminate any knowingly false or defamatory information about Iverness Peptides or its products.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 Applicable Law These Terms and any disputes arising from use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

9.2 Jurisdiction All disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. Iverness Peptides reserves the right to bring legal action in your jurisdiction for violations of these Terms. You consent to jurisdiction and venue in Sheridan County.

9.3 Legal Costs In any legal dispute, you agree to pay Iverness Peptides’ legal expenses, including attorney’s fees, court costs, and related expenses.

10. Modifications to Terms We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the complete agreement between you and Iverness Peptides and supersede all previous agreements or communications, whether oral or written.
