Shipping and Returns Policy Effective Date: [27 June 2025]

1. Shipping Options Iverness Peptides LLC offers a range of shipping methods designed to meet your delivery needs.

· FREE FedEx 2-Day shipping is available for orders over $200.00 (before shipping costs).

· FREE Overnight shipping is provided for orders exceeding $500.00 (before shipping costs).

Orders placed and processed before 12:00 PM CST Monday through Friday typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will be shipped the following business day.

2. International Orders & Mail Forwarding We proudly accept international orders and aim to ensure successful delivery worldwide. However, please note that when using a mail forwarding service, delivery to the forwarded address is beyond our control and not guaranteed.

Please Note: We currently do not ship to Canada.

Import Tax Disclaimer for International Customers: Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and related fees. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country’s import regulations and potential charges before placing an order.

3. Product Availability & Shipping Restrictions Some items may have restrictions or may be unavailable for delivery to certain regions. Please consult product listings for any specific U.S. shipping limitations.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

We recommend creating an account during checkout for a more convenient experience. With an account, you can track orders, manage your account information, and review order history. Guest checkout is also available.

5. Delayed Shipments Please be advised that over 25% of shipments may experience delays due to factors beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable in such circumstances.

6. Order Cancellations To cancel an order, please email us at help@ivernesspeptides.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to honor your request; however, cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.

7. Returns & Replacements Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, in the rare event that your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please contact us immediately for support.

8. Undelivered Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, follow these steps:

· Check with neighbors or your building’s front desk to see if someone accepted the delivery.

· Contact your local courier office and speak with the postmaster. They can provide GPS details for where and when the package was delivered.

· If the package still has not arrived after 7 days, email us at help@ivernesspeptides.com for further assistance.

9. Missing, Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items Please report any of the following issues within 7 days of delivery:

· Missing Items: Once verified, we will ship the missing item(s).

· Wrong Items: Upon verification, we will ship the correct item(s) and issue a prepaid return label for the incorrect ones.

· Damaged Items: Send us photos immediately. Once confirmed, a replacement will be dispatched.

· Defective Items: For incorrect weight, provide your scale model. For quality or concentration claims, be prepared to return a sample for analysis. Verified defects will be replaced.

All shipments are documented and photographed before dispatch to prevent fraudulent claims.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

· Chargebacks: Any chargeback or bounced check will place the customer on a temporary no-sell list while we investigate. This measure protects against fraudulent claims.

· Disputes: For any billing issues, contact us directly at help@ivernesspeptides.com. We can often resolve disputes faster and more effectively than banks or payment platforms.
